Nominators will hear from us directly via email—keep an eye out for prize confirmation and tracking info! We will announce winners beginning the week of 11/25 through 12/16. The care packages will be shipped after each winner is announced. All care packages will be mailed before 12/16. If you're a lucky winner, keep your eye on your email for a tracking number! And remember, you have to be based in the U.S. for this contest.

All U.S.-based active duty service members, U.S. military veterans and retirees including the National Guard who can't make it home for the holidays are eligible to win!

We want to show off the wonderful photos and videos we receive of your loved ones! You might see your submission on our website, email, and/or other marketing channels.

The contest will be open and accepting nominations from 10/30/2025 - 11/23/2025.

By participating in the Go the Distance Contest, entrants grant tasc the unrestricted right and permission to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and any submitted photo or video content in any and all media, now known or later developed, for promotional, advertising, and other purposes without compensation. All contest entries and participation are subject to these terms, and winners will be selected at the sole discretion of tasc. tasc reserves the right to determine eligibility, interpret rules, and make all final decisions regarding the contest.

4. They have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from any individuals depicted or referenced; and
5. Their submissions contain no confidential or proprietary information.

1. Eligibility

The Go the Distance Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Each nomination must include both a nominator and a nominee, each aged 18 or older. Nominees must be active duty service members, U.S. military veterans or retirees including the National Guard currently residing/stationed in the United States.

Employees, officers, and representatives of tasc Performance (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and household members of each such employee) are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all participants and may request documentation as needed to confirm status and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on October 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) and ends on November 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM CST (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be accepted. Sponsor’s timekeeping device is the official clock for this Contest.

3. How to Enter

To participate, complete the official contest entry form available through tasc Performance’s designated online platform during the Contest Period. Each entry must include:

• A completed questionnaire; and
• A photo and video submission nominating a service member who cannot be home for the holidays.

Limit one (1) entry per nominee. Multiple entries nominating the same individual will not increase chances of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve the odds of winning.

4. Selection and Notification of Winners

A panel from  tasc Performance will review all eligible submissions and select up to six (6) winning nominations at its sole discretion, based on the quality, authenticity, and spirit of the entries.

Winning entries will be verified by tasc Performance and announced weekly between November 24, 2025 - December 15, 2025. Each winning nominee will receive a custom care package with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of up to $1,000 USD. The specific contents of each prize may vary based on availability.

Prizes will be fulfilled and shipped between December 1, 2025, and December 19, 2025.

All decisions by tasc Performance regarding the administration of the Contest, eligibility, and winner selection are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email from marketing@tascperformance.com and must respond within three (3) business days of notification or risk forfeiture of the prize.

5. Rights Granted and Use of Submissions

By entering this Contest, each participant (both nominator and nominee) grants tasc Performance, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotional partners a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and publicly display any submitted materials—including but not limited to photos, videos, names, likenesses, and written submissions—for advertising, publicity, promotional, or other lawful purposes in any and all media, without further compensation, notification, or approval.

Participants represent and warrant that:

• Their submissions are original and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party;
• They have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from any individuals depicted or referenced; and
• Their submissions contain no confidential or proprietary information.

If a participant provides unauthorized or infringing material, they agree to indemnify and hold harmless tasc Performance and its partners from any resulting claims or damages.

6. Publicity Release

By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that tasc Performance and its promotional partners may use their names, likenesses, city and state of residence, and submission content for promotional purposes in connection with this Contest and future marketing campaigns, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy and Communications

By entering, participants have the option to consent to the collection and use of their personal information by tasc Performance and its partners for purposes of contest administration, marketing, and communications. Entrants may also be added to tasc Performance and partner email lists** for promotional communications**. Participants may opt out of such communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with tasc Performance’s Privacy Policy, available at www.tascperformance.com.

8. General Conditions and Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of tasc Performance, which are final and binding.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless tasc Performance, its affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Contest or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

tasc Performance is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries;
• Technical failures, human error, or unauthorized access to entry materials; or
• Injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or prize use.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Contest is void where prohibited.

9. Prize Conditions

No prize substitution or transfer is permitted except at the sole discretion of tasc Performance, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

10. Governing Law and Venue

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Orleans Parish within the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to this Contest shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Orleans, Louisiana.
